Based on the Rules of the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia “Rules on Distance Contracts”, the client has the right, without specifying the reasons for the return, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days to refuse the goods purchased at and return the goods to the seller.

The period of use of the right of withdrawal will end in 14 days, commencing on the day when you or a third person, who is not the carrier and whom you have authorized received the goods.

1. In order to comply with the term for exercising the right to opt-out, it is sufficient to send your message on the exercise of the right to opt-out before the expiration of the term of the right to opt-out.
2. By exercising the right to refuse, you are responsible for the use of the goods to the extent necessary to check the functionality of the goods, for the use of the goods during the period of validity of the right to refuse, is not compatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the decrease in the value, quality and reliability of the goods.
3. Remember! During the period of validity of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to use the product only to check the functionality of the product (to the same extent as you would have done before purchasing the product in a regular store).

To exercise your right to opt-out:
4. Fill out the form on the use of the right to refuse;
5. Deliver the cancellation form, product and the document, also proof of purchase to your nearest branch or contact us to send the product back by courier (costs associated with shipping the product back will need to be reimbursed by you).

In accordance with Clause 22 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 of May 20, 2014 ‘‘Distance Contract Rules ’’, the consumer cannot use the right to refuse if:
  • The price of a product or service depends on fluctuations in the financial market, which the seller cannot control, and which may arise during the period of the right to withdraw;
  • The product is made by order of the consumer or irreversibly personalized;
  • The product is rapidly deteriorating or is about to expire;
  • The consumer has opened the packaging of a product that, due to personal hygiene and health, cannot be returned (for example, electric toothbrush, epilator, electric shaver, beard / hair trimmer, electric hair clipper, hair straightener, underwear, socks and tights, perfume, headphones and other goods of a similar nature);
  • The goods after delivery due to their properties will irreversibly mix with other things;
  • The consumer has opened the package of an audio recording, video recording or computer program.
